Product Details
The Vietnamese dragon fruit was named after its shape as it resembles the shape of a dragon carrying a dragon ball in the mouth. Its potassium content is much higher than apples and pears, especially, dragon fruit is rich in dietary fiber, which helps bowel health and is very effective for constipation and diuretic action. It also contains a wealth of beneficial minerals to the human body and antioxidants such as phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, sodium, carotene, soluble dietary fiber, lipids and vitamins B and C. It can be consumed raw, and is also a good ingredient for salads, yogurt drinks, topping for shaved ice, fruit salads, etc. Available for processing and supply in diverse forms such as sliced, diced, etc.
